If it’s the end of December it must be time to tally up the most viewed stories of this past year. Yes, it’s something most sites like this one do but it serves a useful purpose in chronicling what subjects and topics were of most interest to readers of Warrensreport.com. With our focus on retail — and often, home furnishings retailing — there’s a very distinct lane here but amongst this group of readers it says a lot about the year.
First a bit of back-slapping. Over the past year this site attracted close to 16,000 viewers who viewed — or even clicked on — some 100 stories. We’re not talking Huffington Post or Daily Beast numbers and it’s not quite as high as the year before when the ongoing meltdown on Bed Bath & Beyond consumed both myself and readers. But still pretty impressive I think.
