Is this the calm before the tariff storm? How else to explain the surprisingly positive retail numbers we’ve been seeing over the past few weeks. Shoppers know that the higher prices fueled by tariffs are coming…and coming soon. That’s why they are pulling their shopping triggers before it’s too late. At least that’s how I see it.
