After years of saying it didn’t need no stinken’ stores, Wayfair said it will open its first physical location this fall. It’s an outlet, the company says, but don’t be fooled. This is the first of many more to come as the price of online customer acquisition becomes higher and higher. Any e-commerce retailer that says it doesn’t need stores is just kidding itself…and practicing Stupid Business.
