Interesting symmetry this week as multiple retailers all talked about their efforts — and successes — in attracting younger customers to their stores. It all made sense but it did raise the question of why this even has to be said. It’s so obvious that the dynamics of the shopping public is in a serious transformation so why is this even an issue? More importantly, why aren’t other retailers saying the same thing? As My Cousin Vinnie might have said, “It’s all about the Utes…”
