
Yesterday, Home Depot reported quarterly numbers that disappointed investor-types and Wall Street suits. The problem was in interpreting the financial miss: it had very little to do with a slowdown in the housing market or the overall economy and most everything to do with Depot’s own internal struggles to get its digital game up to speed.
