
Tis the season…when companies have to report the salaries of their top executives in their proxy statements and even though it was a rotten year for many companies with revenues severely down, thousands or tens of thousands of employees laid off or their jobs eliminated and profits in the toilet it didn’t stop many big companies from rewarding their CEOs with big paychecks.
