It’s Remodeling, Stupid

Amidst all the doom and gloom about the meltdown in the housing market, people in the home improvement and redecorating market may be losing sight of the fact that conditions like this often lead to a resurgence in the remodeling business. Homeowners who know they aren’t selling, moving or buying a new home will often redirect their spending to fixing up their current places. Especially if they have jobs and decent earnings…which they do right now. It’s why those in that business should be focusing their attention on this customer rather than the new homeowner.
