Maybe it’s no coincidence that when Victoria’s Secret discontinued doing a printed catalog its business started to tank. There are plenty of reasons why the lingerie retailer’s sales have slid, not the least of which is that its image is increasingly out of touch with its customer base in this me-too era.

But it just seems that not having a printed marketing vehicle in millions of households has to be part of the problem. Discontinuing a way to engage with your customers is just Stupid.
