Everyone is in a panic about the number of stores closing. And yes, there are plenty and it can be all quite distressing, but when looking at the retail business you have to make a distinction between closings due to company bankruptcies and those that are the result of strategic decisions to strengthen the entire company. It’s a very important difference and not understanding it is…well, Stupid.
