The situation with the coronavirus keeps getting worse and worse. Of course the loss of human life and the suffering of those infected is of primary concern but if you’re in the business of doing business with China, the side effects of the disease are starting to get most troubling.
The biggest issue is what happens to the supply chain, particularly as it impacts deliveries of spring and even summer goods to the American marketplace. We still don’t know exactly when things will start to return to normal but the short-term outlook is very worrying. To ignore it all — as some Wall Street investors seem to be doing — is pretty Stupid in my opinion.
Here’s an update on the situation from my new Robin Report post: https://www.therobinreport.com/the-chinese-supply-chain-for-u-s-goods-is-about-to-get-unhinged/?utm_source=mailchimp&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=regular&utm_source=The+Robin+Report&utm_campaign=0e96eda5af-The+Chinese+Supply+Chain+for+U.S.+Goods+Is+Ab&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_e90268c709-0e96eda5af-201764105
