Who knew that the functionality of the entire global supply chain revolved around 20-foot metal boxes? Well, the shortages — and prices — of the containers used in international and local shipping have made the process of getting goods from the factory to the store shelve a nightmare for most companies…an expensive nightmare. I try to sort it all out in this new Robin Report piece and offer a possible timeline for when things will get better.
