
This week’s choice is a long-time player in its channel that is making a dramatic change in its go-to-market strategy, moving its third party selling from one big national chain to another. It had to be a hard call but you have to credit them with getting out ahead of this thing and making the tough decision. To have done otherwise would be Stupid.
