Food52 has been a favorite for years…and I can barely cook. But they have a great voice and since they went into e-commerce they’ve had a wonderful assortment of goodies to purchase…which I do do. So, the news this morning that they are buying another online DTC seller Schoolhouse is a good deal for both companies. Smart to be scaling up their offerings…thanks to good ol’ private equity money.
