People keep asking what will happen to all those giant shopping centers as physical stores continue to close and more people shop online. Well, the answer is already here, right before our eyes, in Las Vegas. Malls there are increasingly phasing out traditional retail tenants selling things like apparel, shoes and jewelry and replacing them with outlets for services like massages, beauty treatments and even oxygen. The future of shopping malls is here today and you’d be Smart to understand what they look like.
