Maybe it’s the hottest new product category in the market and maybe it’s just a passing fad, but CBD lotions and potions — using cannabinol derived from the hemp plant — are turning up everywhere. Kroger is the latest big national retailer to start carrying these items, adding to a growing list of stores that see a real opportunity there. Anyone not looking at CBD is bordering on Stupid.
